MICHAEL HAS… over 25 years’ experience in the fitness field, and is continually looking to share his passions – golf, fitness, and a desire to live a vibrant, healthy lifestyle with his clients and students. Mike has worked as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach since 1991 when he entered the Exercise Science program at The College of New Jersey. Using this fitness background Michael helps to create specific training programs for golfers of all ages and abilities.

Creating programmes that incorporate yoga, pilates and general fitness, he helps golfers to improve aspects of their technique that previously would have been impossible. With golf fitness on the rise, Mike has been at the forefront of this movement constantly improving his own ideas to benefit his clientele.
